Fees:

  • Like many other psychologists, I am an “out of network” provider and not under contract with any insurers.

  • A “Super Bill” can be provided upon your request. This is a receipt to send to your insurance carrier, and they will send you a reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. Each insurance carrier has a different method for this process, sometimes including a form that you must fill out. Please be sure to contact your insurance and learn what the process will be for you before your visit.

  • Fees are paid directly by credit card through a secure portal.

    • $240 per 50-minute session.

    • $340 for the initial 75-minute intake and assessment

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much services are expected to cost. Under the law, health care providers must give patients who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance an estimate of your bill. You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. Estimates are also included in my Informed Consent document.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute your bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
